Our journey began in 1973 when co-founders Mike and Henrietta Perry moved to a historic 150-acre farm. While making their new home, they discovered old hand-hewn logs behind the walls. This sparked their passion for the lives of our Appalachian ancestors—who built their homes, grew their food, and navigated the beautiful mountains we cherish today.
